Gear Acquisition Syndrome

I am blogging to justify my recent purchase of the Fujifilm X-T10, Fujinon XF 35mm f/1.4 and 35mm f/2 lenses. Haha!

Ok, actually I wont.  I have nothing to explain and I know it's just another impulse buying. I made a promise to myself months ago that I will cure my gear acquisition syndrome; that I will be contented with the camera gears that I have... I was inspired by Erik Kim. But this has been my dream setup since the release of the Fuji X-T10 as I wan't to pursue portrait photography.

Before purchasing, I realized that sometimes we have to sacrifice some things to live our life's best work. So I took the plunge, or should I say I splurged. I bought the Fujifilm X-T10 body only and planned to buy a pre-owned Fujinon XF 35mm f/1.4... but there's an ongoing promotion of the Fujinon XF 35mm f/2 for half the price.  So I bought it, anyway I can sell it if I won't be using it often.

Now I'm broke.

Postscript: Oh yeah, I also have five smartphones. Only two have sim cards in it for personal and for work, while the three are up for grabs lol!
